You (the customer) totally understand that you (the customer) may injure yourself as a result of participation in a sport or contest preparation/fitness program, and hereby release Bhavan Chand Bathula from any liability now or in the future for any injury or medical problem, occurring during or after your participation in the sport or contest preparation/fitness program offered. 

By submitting this form, you state that in consideration of your participation in the program offered by Bhavan Chand Bathula, you for yourself, your personal representatives, administrators, heirs and assignees, hereby hold harmless Bhavan Chand Bathula from any claims arising from your participation in the sport or contest preparation/fitness program. 

You have been given the opportunity to present questions in all related matters and have not been forced into purchasing my product, advice or intellectual capital.

In addition, by agreeing to these terms you also verify your understanding that there are no refunds for the provided services by Bhavan Chand Bathula. Also, you do not expect changes in your body overnight. You understand patience is the key to everything. You understand communication is a two-way process, If you miss our text or call, you will message me back. You will send regular updates. You understand that I will be sending the Fitness Plan within 24-72 hours of payment confirmation after all assessments and orientation.

You understand that we won’t post your pictures on Social Media without your permission. You understand that all details you share with us are confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd party without your written consent. You understand I am a Nutrition and Fitness Consulting entity and not a Doctor or a Therapist. You understand that you will have to give your best and be consistent.

You understand all conversations between us are highly professional in nature and you will not contact us with an expectation to get on personal talks. 

All services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable, and non-transferable. In case of any misbehavior, the coach can terminate the coaching after giving 2 warnings without any refund. However, the program can be paused /put on hold for 1 week at maximum in cases of emergency only and can be done only once during a plan – Accidents, Illness, or Force Majeure.
