- Coaching is done in 3/6/12 month periods.
After the call, you will be given a written plan for both training and diet. Training will be based on your personal goals and schedule, as will the diet plan.
Yes! We will have a weekly check-in through WhatsApp or call and adjustments will be made week to week as necessary.

You will be able to contact me through Whatsapp and email me as often as you want. You will have unlimited support in this regard. You may schedule up to six 30 minute calls a month with me.Â
I recommend you join a commercial gym for the best results. But if you are busy and have limited time to workout, I will write you a home workout
Yes it does. The diet plan will be customized to you.
On a dedicated fat loss program, you can lose 2kg per month. I do not claim to deliver insane fat loss results beyond what is physiologically possible.Â
You will be expected to correspond with me in a timely fashion, send your weekly check-ins, and follow the prescribed diet and exercise program as it is written.
I have a 4 fold assessment procedure
1. Physical assessment in which I understand your body type, your mobility, posture and muscle imbalances
This will be done by the 12 pictures that you provide me doing a few basic movements
2. A four day food record of what you eat everyday to find any vitamin and mineral deficiencies in your diet
3. Evaluating blood test reports to know your lipid profile, vitamin deficiencies and any abnormal blood markers
Your diet will be designed based on the blood report
4. A technical analysis of your form on the exercises we perform to prevent any injury or joint pains
Based on these inputs, I will provide you a workout plan and Nutrition plan
