Bhavan's Personal Coaching is an entirely custom, 1on1 coaching service that is offered to only a limited number of individuals.

I am looking to coach only individuals who are motivated and interested to get Fit.

  • You consider health as your priority and are ready to make lifestyle changes

How My Coaching Works?

I have a 4 fold assessment procedure

  1. Physical assessment in which I understand your body type, your mobility, posture and muscle imbalances. This will be done by the 12 pictures that you provide me doing a few basic movements
  2. A four day food record of what you eat everyday to find any vitamin and mineral deficiencies in your diet
  3.  Evaluating blood test reports to know your lipid profile, vitamin deficiencies and any abnormal blood markers. Your diet will be designed based on the blood report
  4. A technical analysis of your form on the exercises we perform to prevent any injury or joint pains

Based on these inputs, I will provide you a workout plan and Nutrition plan

You can stay in touch with me on whatsapp for checkin, doubts, form correction and any other help related to workouts and diet.

How to proceed further?

Once you make the payment, I will contact you and schedule a call within 24 hours

I will also send you the forms that you need to fill up to get us started

We will discuss over call about your lifestyle, food preferences, schedule, stress levels, any injuries, health complications if any etc to understand more about you to prepare a custom diet and training plan

What do I expect from you?

I give you the plan, but the execution is your responsibility.

I will provide you all the resources you need to stay accountable

I will keep messaging you, motivate you, share my feedback and build momentum

But the responsibility to execute the program is on you

Please communicate with me if there is an issue

I will not honor any refunds if you stop responding to my messages and go off the track while we are working together

How do I get Started?

After your purchase the program, I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a call, upon which I will take all the details and prepare a customized plan for you 

How long does the coaching go for?

  • Coaching is done in 3/6/12 month periods.

Will you adjust my diet and training plan if necessary?

Yes! We will have a weekly check-in through WhatsApp or call and adjustments will be made week to week as necessary.

How can I contact you?

We will be in touch through Whatsapp, Email and Calls

How often will I talk to you?

You will be able to contact me through Whatsapp and email me as often as you want. You will have unlimited support in this regard. You may schedule up to six 30 minute calls a month with me. 

Do I need to go to the GYM for this program?

I recommend you join a commercial gym for the best results. But if you are busy and have limited time to workout, I will write you a home workout

Does the coaching include nutrition and diet?

Yes it does. The diet plan will be customized to you.

How much fat will I lose?

On a dedicated fat loss program, you can lose 2kg per month. I do not claim to deliver insane fat loss results beyond what is physiologically possible. 

What do you expect from me as my coach?

You will be expected to correspond with me in a timely fashion, send your weekly check-ins, and follow the prescribed diet and exercise program as it is written.
